Hustle + Charm is a sisterhood of 85+ boss babes who come together to share ideas, collaborate, gain and strengthen business skills, seek and offer support, push one another further in along in our entrepreneurial journeys, and have tons of fun in the process. Since launching in 2017 Hustle + Charm has been specifically for women in the Winnipeg area, but this year we are spreading all the love, joy, and camaraderie this sisterhood has to offer across Canada!
Over the next few months we’ll be launching events and extending memberships to boss babes in Vancouver, Calgary, Regina, Greater Toronto Area (exact location TBC), Montreal, and Halifax. Cue the fireworks!
In order for these communities to experience all Hustle + Charm has to offer, we need Community Hustlers in each city who are passionate about female entrepreneurship, empowerment, and overall badassery among women.
Are you one of those ambitious women who…
Lives in Vancouver, Calgary, Regina, or the Greater Toronto Area
Is passionate about female entrepreneurship and community building
Is a fast learner and a self-starter
Can work well independently and with a team
Is comfortable leading your own small team of ambitious women
Has your own laptop or desktop computer
Has creative writing experience
Has marketing experience
Loves the world of event planning
Has a basic knowledge of how to use social media strategically
Is available to work evenings and weekends (but like, it’s going to be fun work!)
Can get shit done and is so friggin organized it’s disgusting
Is interested in growing a super awesome career with a super awesome community
Wants to grow your professional network while earning dolla bills

Fun and outgoing (extrovert all the way, baby!)

Positions in each city will vary between August – October. Each Community Hustler will work up to 24 hours per month at an hourly wage, with the potential to take on additional projects for added compensation if interested. Some of your assignments will be to:
Plan and host 2-4 events per month (including our monthly Boss Babe Pyjama Party)
Promote your city’s events and membership options using social media and other tools
Manage your city’s members-only Facebook group
Manage a small team of mini Hustlers (people who will assist you throughout the month)
Serve as the go-to person for all registered members in your city
Attend monthly video conferences or 1:1 meetings with the founder and CEO
Submit monthly recaps and progress reports
Other duties as assigned
