In addition to founding Hustle + Charm, Charmaine is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Charm - a digital marketing agency who helps businesses connect with dream clients and customers online. Since 2016, Strategic Charm has been helping clients find their voice and define their message so they can confidently and strategically communicate their passion for their industry, the work they do and the value of their offers. She also teaches digital marketing at The University of Winnipeg and enjoys helping students develop their marketing skills. Some of Charmaine's most recent achievements include being nominated two years in a row of the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Manitoba, serving as an ambassador for Adobe Creative Cloud Express, and representing Canada as a delegate with Futurpreneur at the 2022 G20 Youth Entrepreneurs' Alliance Summit in Hamburg, Germany!

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Holly has turned her passions into businesses creating and owning both Kashton Photography and Charm & Flare Wedding and Event Planning. She has a strong passion for creativity and organization and uses that as a driving force. Kimberley Kiemeney is the Client Care & Marketing Manager for Homecare Solutions for Everyone (HSE). She is responsible for connecting with clients and their families to assist with building a community of support. Kimberley creates personalized care plans, collaborates with other health care professionals, and works with their caregiving team to provide consistency and continuity of care.
Kimberley is also responsible for building relationships with referral partners within the community. She connects with other individuals and organizations to create strong partnerships to promote independence and safety for our clients.
HSE's vision is a future where homes are centres of support and empowerment, offering diverse services for physical health, emotional well-being and social engagement.

Ally is an artist with a 9-5 on the side. Originally from Nova Scotia she brings her coastal, east coast inspiration to life in her cards and stationery designs for Upstate Design Studio. When she’s not creating she’s at her 9-5 where the focus is on another passion of hers, leadership. After graduating from the Art Institute of Vancouver, she quickly fell in love with business and leadership in her career and has been helping others with their leadership development ever since. Valencia started as an online boutique, but quickly grew into the storefront they call home! In November 2022, they launched their private label V by Valencia, a thoughtfully designed and ethically manufactured clothing and accessories line, designed in-house by their team, offering sizes XS-4X.

In 2022, Jackie launched Tito Boy Restaurant, Winnipeg’s first south-end Philippine eatery offering traditional and fusion culinary creations. The business, named after her father Agustin “Tito Boy” Doming, represents the intersectionality of different generations and what it means to be a Philippine-Canadian in the modern era.
A champion of community building, Jackie serves as the President of the Manitoba Filipino Business Council, leading their vision to serve as the prime community resource hub for Philippine business people and professionals.
In 2020, Jackie was named one of CBC Manitoba’s Future 40 recipients and featured in the Filipino Journal’s 20 Filipinos to Watch list.
